We’re co-founded by Rajiv Gupta and Nilakshi Kedia
Two finance leaders with over 35 years of combined experience helping businesses not just survive, but thrive through periods of growth and disruption.

Rajiv is a transformation-focused CFO with a background at PwC and Deloitte, and a career spent helping SMEs in the UK and abroad restructure operations, restore profitability, and build finance functions that scale. He’s led turnarounds, restructured underperforming teams, and helped founders turn financial chaos into clarity.

Nilakshi is a Chartered Accountant and ex-EY M&A specialist who’s advised clients across the UK, US, India, China, and the Middle East. She brings deep experience in due diligence, working capital optimisation, and unlocking value in both buy-side and sell-side deals—especially for fast-moving founder-led businesses.

Together, we deliver hands-on support and commercial insight to help ambitious SMEs build resilience, unlock profit, and grow with confidence.
